Our discovery call is a friendly, 20-minute conversation where you and your career strategist explores how we can best help you and whether we would be a good fit for each other.  We designed it in an informal conversation style that allows you to feel comfortable. If we mutually agree that we should work together, we then discuss the next steps and schedule our first coaching session.

At the present time, we offer virtual sessions, via phone or communications platform (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.), only.

State of Your Career Annual Review is designed to be a career check-up to explore 7 essential areas of the career journey. You have a choice of focusing on one of these topics, and we will briefly review the other 6 areas. Most situations usually fall into one of the 7 essential areas. However, if you have a pressing career situation, we can discuss that situation. This is your time to focus on you, and you control the conversation, and what to explore. Yes, the Career Achievers Group Coaching Program is a self-paced program. It is a modified version of our Proactive Strategy Success System private coaching program.  There are weekly live coaching sessions where if you have questions, you can get them addressed during the session.  You also have access to our 24/7 portal, where you can ask questions and comments with others in the group.
